A weekend of three Michelin-star greatness

Neighborhood's co-founder and trained chef Kesavan Kunasegaran had the pleasure of executing celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal's Euro-centric menu alongside his Hind's Head team. Located outside of London, Hind's Head in Bray recently received three Michelin stars for its creative British cuisine.


The dishes prepared for the event included Lapsang Souchong tea-smoked salmon with sour cream butter, caviar and soda bread, veal chop with celeriac puree, glazed carrots and sauce reform, oasted scallops white chocolate foam and caviar, Coronation Chicken with mint sauce, and fennel hash of snails.
